Rates are for up to 4 persons including children over 2. Children under 2 - No Charge.

One night only anytime peak or non peak is $180.00
No one night peak Xmas, public holidays and Easter. only if available between bookings.
One night during peak periods only week days Mon. – Thursdays. Unless between bookings.
Peak means any public, school holiday and event days 1st April - 30th Oct.
School means NSW, SA, VIC. & Qld holidays.
Linen & towels supplied.
Does not include School & Public Holidays, long weekends & events that fall in those above periods
Minimum 3 days Easter and Christmas and some Public or event Holiday weekends.
$150 Deposit / or one night’s stay within 3 days of booking off peak. Immediate deposit for peak periods.
Balance payable in full 14 Days before entering off peak.
Peak periods balance payable in full 30 days before entering.
Christmas and Easter, hot deals full payment is required on booking.
Due to insurance requirements a cash bond of $50 is payable on arrival and refunded on vacating. Or not
required if credit card is swiped in arrival or with booking.
Minimum of 3 night booking on long weekends and school holidays unless there is space between other bookings.
All rates subject to change without notice and subject to terms and conditions on booking.
No refunds of deposit or full payment on Christmas or Easter unless another booking is secured.
