Easter, Xmas, School, Public holidays and "events" are at peak rates of $170 per night for up to 4 persons only.

Rates are for up to 4 persons including children over 2 yrs. Children under2 no charge.

Additional persons are at $15 per person.

One night stays are available for $170 but the Visitor Information Centre needs to be contacted prior to booking.

Additional persons for one night are at $20 per night.

Deposit (the cost of one night’s stay) is required within 48 hours of confirmation. Full payment is required 14 days (off-peak) and 30 days (peak) prior to arrival. Cancellations giving more than 14 days (off-peak) or 30 days (peak) notice will receive a refund less process fee of $20 (off-peak) $30 (peak). If another booking is secured for the same period the full payment will be refunded. Cancellations giving less than 14 days (off-peak) or 30 days (peak) notice will forfeit the cost of one nights’ accommodation of their booking. Please note that if the confirmation deposit and remaining balance have not been paid within these time frames we reserve the right to re-let the house. Unfortunately the operator will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the property. Guests (payee) will be held liable if they inflict any extensive damage whilst they are occupying the property. Management requires credit card details on arrival or optional $100 payment for bond. Any additional cleaning of the premises will be charged at the tenant’s expense.

Any use of beds not allocated for the booking will incur a linen charge of $15 per bed.  All bedding arrangements must be notified within 3 days of entry.
